The hotel offered comfortable and warm accommodation during my New Year stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant experience. The location was key - conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. having a minibar in the room was a great advantage for keeping drinks cold.
The cleanliness of the room. When I left the card on the door for the room to be cleaned, it was not done.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro line and also close to the stadium. The rooms were spacious and came equipped with a mini bar and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was great, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy, such as table football.
Although there were great facilities in the hotel, the room did lack some storage space for clothes and suitcases.

This hotel had some amazing qualities! the location was fantastic, being so close to the metro station made getting around this city so easy. the hotel facilities were top notch. From the spacious rooms to the whimsical decor, everything was just right. Thirdly, the hotel staff were amazing. They were warm, cute, and really made the stay a wonderful experience. Lastly, the cleanliness of this hotel was perfect, ensuring a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located right next to a metro station, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the amenities like heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The patio was a nice touch, and we enjoyed our meals at the dining restaurant.
We would recommend this hotel to families.

The decor and appliances were fantastic, and the room was very comfortable. I had an issue with my swipe card but the staff were quick and helpful in fixing it for me. The location was perfect and the rates were very reasonable.
